Monitoring and Management Information. C10.1 The Contractor shall comply with the monitoring arrangements set out in the Monitoring Schedule including, but not limited to, providing such data and information as the Contractor may be required to produce under the Contract.

In the event that OGC shares the Management Information or information provided under clause C10.3 in accordance with C10.4(2), any Contracting Authority receiving the Management Information shall be informed of the confidential nature of that information and shall be requested not to disclose it to any body who is not a Contracting Authority (unless required by law). The Authority may make changes to the Management Information which the Contractor is required to supply and shall give the Contractor at least one (1) Month’s written notice of any changes. Professional Indemnity The Contractor shall effect and maintain appropriate professional indemnity insurance cover of an amount not less than £5,000,000 per incident or such higher amount as the Authority may reasonably require during the Contract Period and shall ensure that all Contractor’s Personnel involved in the supply of the Services do the same. Such insurance shall be maintained for a minimum of six (6) years following the expiration or earlier termination of the Contract, unless the Contract has been entered into by way of a deed in which event the period shall be twelve (12) years.
