SORTING AND SEPARATION OF REFUSE AND TRASH. Tenant covenants and agrees, at its sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders and regulations of all state, federal, municipal, and local governments, departments, commissions and boards regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse, and trash. Tenant shall, as required, sort and separate such waste products, garbage, refuse and trash into such categories as provided by law. Each separately sorted category of waste products, garbage, refuse, and trash shall be placed in separate receptacles reasonably approved by Landlord. Such separate receptacles may, at the Landlord’s option be removed from the Premises in accordance with a collection schedule prescribed by law. Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any waste products, garbage, refuse or trash that is not separated and sorted and required by law and to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant’s sole cost and expense, utilizing a contractor reasonably satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant’s failure to comply with the provisions of this Section.

Tenant shall sort and separate waste products, garbage, refuge and trash into such categories as provided by law, provided Tenant is given reasonable prior written notice of such requirements and any changes thereto. Each separately sorted category of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash shall be placed in separate receptacles reasonably approved by the Landlord. Such separate receptacles shall be removed from the Premises in accordance with a collection schedule prescribed by law or by Landlord. (B) Landlord reserves the right to refuse to collect or accept from Tenant any waste products, garbage, refuse or trash that is not separated and sorted as required by law, and to require Tenant to arrange for such collection at Tenant's sole cost and expense, utilizing a contractor satisfactory to Landlord. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages that may be imposed on "Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with the provisions of this Section 7, and, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless (including legal fees and expenses) from and against any actions, claims and suits arising from such noncompliance, utilizing counsel reasonably satisfactory to Landlord.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Tenant shall prepare and submit for Landlord's approval (not to be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed) a recycling plan for the Building which complies with applicable law, and Tenant shall comply with the approved recycling plan. Neither Landlord's review of the Tenant's recycling plan nor any coordination therewith by Landlord shall constitute a warranty by Landlord regarding the compliance of such recycling plan with applicable laws, regulations, codes or governmental or quasi-governmental requirements, nor shall Landlord have any liability with regard to such recycling plan. Tenant shall sort and separate waste products, garbage, refuge and trash into such categories as provided by law. Each separately sorted category of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash shall be placed in separate receptacles provided by Tenant and reasonably approved by the Landlord. Such separate receptacles may, at Landlord's option, be removed from the Premises in accordance with a collection schedule prescribed by law or by Landlord. Owner reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse to collect or accept from Resident any waste products, garbage, refuse, or trash which is not separated and sorted as required by law, and to require Resident to arrange for such collection, at Resident’s sole cost and expense, using a contractor satisfactory to Owner.

If and to the extent required by the applicable Legal Requirements, each separately sorted category of waste products, garbage and trash shall be placed in separate receptacles. Tenant shall pay all costs, expenses, fines, penalties or damages which may be imposed on Landlord or Tenant by reason of Tenant's failure to comply with any of the provisions of this Section 22.F. and, Tenant, at Tenant's sole cost and expense, shall indemnify, defend and hold Landlord harmless (including reasonable attorneys' fees and expenses) from and against any actions, claims and suits arising from such non-compliance.

TENANT's Duties: TENANT agrees, at TENANT's sole cost and expense, to comply with all present and future laws, orders, and regulations of all federal, state, municipal, and local governments, departments, commissions, and boards (including the Board of Directors of the Association of Apartment Owners of the Project) regarding the collection, sorting, separation, and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse, and trash. TENANT shall sort and separate such items into categories as provided by law or as otherwise required, and in accordance with the rules and regulations adopted by any or all of the aforementioned named entities for the sorting and separating of such designated recyclable materials.

  • Skidding and Yarding Methods of skid- ding or yarding specified for particular areas, if any, are indicated on Sale Area Map. B6.421 Rigging. Insofar as practicable, needed rigging shall be slung on stumps or trees desig- nated for cutting.

  • Packing and Marking All material and equipment to be furnished by the Contractor shall be packed, crated or otherwise suitably protected to withstand shipment undamaged to the destination. Each package, crate or part shall be marked plainly with the name of the consignee, shipping destination, the Owner's order number, and such other markings as are required. Complete packing lists, one copy with each package and two (2) copies by mail to the Owner at time of shipment, shall be supplied showing contents and identity of each package.

When Southern Telecom or its authorized agent owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non-designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location; a collocation cross connection connecting the Loop to the collocation space; a second collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port; the high frequency spectrum line activation, and a splitter. The Loop and port cannot be a Loop and port combination (i.e. UNE-P), but must be individual stand-alone Network Elements. When BellSouth owns the splitter, Line Splitting requires the following: a non designed analog Loop from the serving wire center to the NID at the End User’s location with CFA and splitter port assignments, and a collocation cross connection from the collocation space connected to a voice port. 3.8.2 An unloaded 2-wire copper Loop must serve the End User. The meet point for the Voice CLEC and the Data LEC is the point of termination on the MDF for the Data LEC's cable and pairs. 3.8.3 The foregoing procedures are applicable to migration to Line Splitting Service from a UNE-P arrangement, BellSouth Retail Voice Service, BellSouth High Frequency Spectrum (CO Based) Line Sharing. 3.8.4 For other migration scenarios to line splitting, BellSouth will work cooperatively with CLECs to develop methods and procedures to develop a process whereby a Voice CLEC and a Data LEC may provide services over the same Loop.

  • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • Authorization to Release and Transfer Necessary Personal Information The Grantee hereby explicitly and unambiguously consents to the collection, use and transfer, in electronic or other form, of the Grantee’s personal data by and among, as applicable, the Company and its Subsidiaries for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan. The Grantee understands that the Data may be transferred to the Company or to any third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan, that these recipients may be located in the Grantee’s country or elsewhere, and that any recipient’s country (e.g., the United States) may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Grantee’s country. The Grantee understands that he or she may request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the Data by contacting his or her local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator. The Grantee authorizes the recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the sole purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, including any requisite transfer of such Data to a broker or other third party assisting with the administration of Award Units under the Plan or with whom shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to the vesting of the Award Units or cash from the sale of such shares may be deposited.   • Procedures for Providing NP Through Full NXX Code Migration Where a Party has activated an entire NXX for a single Customer, or activated at least eighty percent (80%) of an NXX for a single Customer, with the remaining numbers in that NXX either reserved for future use by that Customer or otherwise unused, if such Customer chooses to receive Telephone Exchange Service from the other Party, the first Party shall cooperate with the second Party to have the entire NXX reassigned in the LERG (and associated industry databases, routing tables, etc.) to an End Office operated by the second Party. Such transfer will be accomplished with appropriate coordination between the Parties and subject to appropriate industry lead times for movements of NXXs from one switch to another. Neither Party shall charge the other in connection with this coordinated transfer.
