Refuse and Trash. Landlord shall provide refuse and trash collection and janitorial services at the Building for ordinary office refuse and rubbish and cleaning, and the cost of such services shall be included in Operating Expenses. To the extent that the refuse and trash and/or cleaning needs generated by Tenant exceeds the refuse and trash and/or cleaning needs customarily generated by other tenants of the Building, Tenant shall pay to Landlord the costs that Landlord reasonably incurs for such removal and/or cleaning, within 10 days after rendition of bills therefor, as Additional Rent. In respect of refuse and trash other than ordinary office refuse and rubbish (such as bio/medical waste, “wet trash” and construction debris, and cleaning with respect thereto), at Landlord's option (i) Landlord shall provide collection and janitorial services for such refuse and trash, and Tenant shall pay to Landlord an amount equal to 105% of the Landlord’s cost therefor, within 10 days after rendition of bills therefor, as Additional Rent, or (ii) Tenant shall contract directly with the third-party service provider (acceptable to Landlord in its sole discretion) for the provision of such services and, in such case, Tenant shall pay such service provider directly, prior to delinquency. In all cases, Tenant shall store and stage all its waste, refuse, trash and recyclables within its Premises or in such enclosure areas as may be designated by Landlord and shall keep the Premises in a neat and clean condition. Tenant shall not dispose of any refuse in the Common Areas, and if Tenant does so, Tenant shall be liable for Landlord's reasonable charge for such removal. Tenant shall comply with all Legal Requirements, whether imposed on Landlord or Tenant, regarding the collection, sorting, separation and recycling of waste products, garbage, refuse and trash in the Premises and cleaning the Premises. Upon request by Landlord, Tenant shall sort and separate into categories designated by Landlord and shall place in separate receptacles (as may be designated by Landlord) all waste products, garbage, refuse and trash in the Premises.

Refuse and Trash. No refuse or trash shall be kept, stored, or allowed to accumulate on the leased premises.
Refuse and Trash. 1) Tenants must place all garbage, trash, and food waste in containers approved or provided by HHA and maintained in a sanitary and safe manner. Tenants must not set garbage outside units in non-garbage areas or containers at any time. 2) Tenants who have trash cans/containers and sheds must keep the trash cans in a location specified by the Housing Manager. Tenants must keep the doors to any shed or garage closed when they are not in use. 3) Tenants must refrain, and assure that household members and guests refrain, from littering or leaving trash and debris in any common areas, including all door xxxxxx, porches, yards and dumpster enclosure areas. The tenant will be charged if HHA staff has to clean litter and debris from the yard and area surrounding the unit.

No refuse matter, nor any substance constituting an unnecessary, unreasonable or unlawful fire hazard, or material detrimental to the public health, shall be permitted or allowed to remain thereon, and HOLA shall take all reasonable precautions to prevent any such matter or material from being or accumulating upon the Premises. HOLA shall provide for the collection and removal of all garbage and/or refuse and abandoned personal items or personal items left longer than twenty-four (24) hours from the Premises as often as is necessary and in no case less than twice weekly. HOLA shall furnish all equipment and materials therefor, including trash receptacles of a size, type and number approved by CITY for use by the public. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. HOLA shall provide an enclosed area concealing trash storage from public view. HOLA shall, during the Term of this Lease or any extension thereof and at HOLA’s sole expense, conduct a recycling program on the Premises in conjunction with the CITY Facilities Recycling Program of the City of Los Angeles, or any similar program subsequently implemented. Such program will include all materials which may be reasonably recycled (e.g., white paper, mixed paper, newspaper, aluminum cans, and plastic and glass containers).

The Grantee understands that the Company may hold certain personal information about the Grantee, including, but not limited to, the Grantee’s name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number (or any other social or national identification number), salary, nationality, job title, number of Award Units and/or shares of Common Stock held and the details of all Award Units or any other entitlement to shares of Common Stock awarded, cancelled, vested, unvested or outstanding for the purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan (the “Data”). The Grantee understands that the Data may be transferred to the Company or to any third parties assisting in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan, that these recipients may be located in the Grantee’s country or elsewhere, and that any recipient’s country (e.g., the United States) may have different data privacy laws and protections than the Grantee’s country. The Grantee understands that he or she may request a list with the names and addresses of any potential recipients of the Data by contacting his or her local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator. The Grantee authorizes the recipients to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for the sole purpose of implementing, administering and managing the Grantee’s participation in the Plan, including any requisite transfer of such Data to a broker or other third party assisting with the administration of Award Units under the Plan or with whom shares of Common Stock acquired pursuant to the vesting of the Award Units or cash from the sale of such shares may be deposited. Furthermore, the Grantee acknowledges and understands that the transfer of the Data to the Company or to any third parties is necessary for the Grantee’s participation in the Plan. The Grantee understands that the Grantee may, at any time, view the Data, request additional information about the storage and processing of the Data, require any necessary amendments to the Data or refuse or withdraw the consents herein by contacting the Grantee’s local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator in writing. The Grantee further acknowledges that withdrawal of consent may affect his or her ability to vest in or realize benefits from the Award Units, and the Grantee’s ability to participate in the Plan. For more information on the consequences of refusal to consent or withdrawal of consent, the Grantee understands that he or she may contact his or her local human resources representative or the Company’s stock plan administrator.

  • Common Areas - Rules and Regulations Lessor or such other person(s) as Lessor may appoint shall have the exclusive control and management of the Common Areas and shall have the right, from time to time, to establish, modify, amend and enforce reasonable rules and regulations (“Rules and Regulations”) for the management, safety, care, and cleanliness of the grounds, the parking and unloading of vehicles and the preservation of good order, as well as for the convenience of other occupants or tenants of the Building and the Project and their invitees. Lessee agrees to abide by and conform to all such Rules and Regulations, and to cause its employees, suppliers, shippers, customers, contractors and invitees to so abide and conform. Lessor shall not be responsible to Lessee for the non-compliance with said Rules and Regulations by other tenants of the Project.

  • Lessee's Compliance with Applicable Requirements Except as otherwise provided in this Lease, Lessee shall, at Lessee's sole expense, fully, diligently and in a timely manner, materially comply with all Applicable Requirements, the requirements of any applicable fire insurance underwriter or rating bureau, and the recommendations of Lessor's engineers and/or consultants which relate in any manner to the Premises, without regard to whether said requirements are now in effect or become effective after the Start Date. Lessee shall, within ten (10) days after receipt of Lessor's written request, provide Lessor with copies of all permits and other documents, and other information evidencing Lessee's compliance with any Applicable Requirements specified by Lessor, and shall immediately upon receipt, notify Lessor in writing (with copies of any documents involved) of any threatened or actual claim, notice, citation, warning, complaint or report pertaining to or involving the failure of Lessee or the Premises to comply with any Applicable Requirements.

  • FARES AND TRAVELLING ALLOWANCE In lieu of the basic daily excess fares and travel pattern allowance prescribed by Clause 38.1.1 of the award, a payment per day shall be made for each day worked (including RDO’s). This payment shall in no way limit or be construed as a payment in substitution for any other entitlement arising under Clause 38 of the award. Payments shall be as follows: ⮚ 1/3/03 $22.50 per day ⮚ 1/3/04 $23.40 per day ⮚ 1/3/05 $24.55 per day The cost of Citylink tolls or similar will be reimbursed for those employees who are required by the company to use their own vehicle during working hours, but not for travel to and from work.

  • Requirement to Work Reasonable Overtime The Employer may require any Employee to work reasonable overtime at overtime rates and such Employee shall work overtime in accordance with such requirement.

  • Use of School Buildings The ASSOCIATION and its representatives shall have the right to use school buildings at all reasonable hours for meetings. This use must be within the hours when custodians are regularly employed and within accepted school policy.

  • STUDENTS AND TRAINEES Payments which a student, or an apprentice or business, technical, agricultural or forestry trainee, who is or was immediately before visiting a Contracting State a resident of the other Contracting State and who is present in the first-mentioned State solely for the purpose of his education or training receives for the purpose of his maintenance, education or training shall not be taxed in that State, provided that such payments arise from sources outside that State.
