Soundness of Approach. Emphasis here is on the approach that will be used to achieve the objectives of the Third Party Non-Commercial Driver’s License Skills Testing Services Program as evidenced in Part II Information Required from Applicants, Section 2 Management Summary, which is submitted by the applicant. Of equal importance is whether the proposed approach is completely responsive to all written specifications and requirements contained in the RFA and if it meets the Department’s objectives.

Soundness of Approach. Offeror shall exhibit a thorough understanding of the requirements; display knowledge of process including limitations, applicability, and availability to support the proposed effort, and present a clear, concise, logical plan including justification for achieving program objectives.

  • General Approach The parties will strive to achieve on-going performance improvement. They will follow a proactive, collaborative and responsive approach to performance management and improvement. Either party may request a meeting at any time.   • Constructability Program 5.2.1 Implement and conduct a constructability program to identify and document Project cost and schedule savings opportunities.   • Financial Stability The Contractor shall meet and comply with all requirements located in Title 27, Articles 1 through 15, of the Indiana Code.
