Space Assignment. General Booth sales will begin on October 13, 2021. Exhibitors are assigned booth space on a first-come, first- served basis. The National Safety Council will make commercially reasonable efforts to assign Exhibitor the space requested by Exhibitor but cannot guarantee a particular location. National Safety Council reserves the right to move Exhibitor’s exhibit space location based on the needs of the Event regardless of whether a location is already assigned. NSC will establish exhibition hours and reserves the right to make any changes as it may deem appropriate in its sole and absolute discretion.
