SPACE LOCATION. THE CONFERENCE GROUP reserves the right in its sole discretion to determine the location of exhibit space. THE CONFERENCE GROUP’s staff is not authorized to determine space locations. No oral representation of any A4M, MCI OPCO, LLC, THE CONFERENCE GROUP, or their respective designees (including staff members) as to the location of any exhibit space, shall be binding on THE CONFERENCE GROUP. THE CONFERENCE GROUP also reserves the right, at any time prior to the start of the conference, to change an exhibitor’s location even if a prior location was confirmed. THE CONFERENCE GROUP shall not be liable for any such change.

SPACE LOCATION. Please complete the items below as they apply to your operations and supply with this application, a photo of your stand if applicable:  Size of stand/wagon: _____NA_______ feet wide by______NA_______ feet long.  Orientation: Service windows are on the front. Vendor location will be based on size and orientation of vendor wagons, electricity required (non provided), and receipt of deposit. All signs, condiment tables, etc. must remain within the assign space, not in the walkways. Shall be the rent specified in the lease for the space on the fifth floor, as stated on page three of the lease. As of March 1, 2000 the rent per square foot shall be $19.55. f.

  • Office Location During the Term, the Executive's services hereunder shall be performed at the offices of the Company, which shall be within a twenty five (25) mile radius of New York, NY, subject to necessary travel requirements to the Company’s offices in Toronto, Canada and other MDC Group company locations in order to carry out his duties in connection with his position hereunder.

  • Service Location The services shall be performed at all contracting and participating facilities of the Contractor.

  • Work Location While employed by the Company hereunder, the Executive shall perform his duties (when not traveling or engaged elsewhere in the performance of his duties) at the offices of the Company in Bermuda. The Executive shall travel to such places on the business of the Company in such manner and on such occasions as the Company may from time to time reasonably require.

  • Data Location 1.1. The CONTRACTOR shall not store or transfer non-public COUNTY data outside of the United States. This includes backup data and Disaster Recovery locations. The CONTRACTOR will permit its personnel and contractors to access COUNTY data remotely only as required to provide technical support. (Remote access to data from outside the continental United States is prohibited unless approved in advance and in writing by the County.) 1.2. The CONTRACTOR must notify the COUNTY in advance and in writing of any location changes to CONTRACTOR’s data center(s) that will process or store County data.

  • Equipment Location The Company recognizes that it is important when designing, constructing, and maintaining physical plant components, to have regard for the specific placement of equipment, with a view to the elimination of hazardous work situations. Accordingly, wherever practical to do so, new installations, or the rebuild of existing installations, will be designed accordingly.
