Spanish speaking Incentive. Any member of this bargaining unit may be tested by an agency of the employer’s choice for proficiency in Spanish language. Upon, passing with 80% or above the member will be compensated at 2.0% of base wage per pay period. This will be effective the first payroll following the passing of the exam.
