Related to SPECIAL AGENCIES COALITION

  • Procurement from UN Agencies Goods estimated to cost less than $100,000 equivalent per contract may be procured directly from Inter-Agency Procurement Services Office (IAPSO) in accordance with the provisions of paragraphs 3.1 and 3.9 of the Procurement Guidelines.

  • Agreement Administration SBBC has delegated authority to the Superintendent of Schools or his/her designee to take any actions necessary to implement and administer this Agreement.

  • SELLER AGENCY Listing Broker has entered into a client relationship with Seller.

  • Agreement Administration and Communications A. Under this Agreement, either of the representatives of the Judicial Council identified below will monitor the Work and act as the Judicial Council’s liaisons with the Contractor: i. The Meeting Planner will be MPname. B. The Judicial Council may reallocate funds between the estimated amounts set forth in Exhibit G, without an Amendment to this Agreement, as long as the total amount to be paid under this Agreement does not exceed the Contract Amount.   • System Agency will monitor Grantee for programmatic and financial compliance with this Contract and;

  • International Agreements The Parties shall make all reasonable efforts to accede to the Geneva Act to the Hague Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Industrial Designs adopted in Geneva on 2 July 1999.

  • Amendments to Organizational Documents Parent will not, and will not permit any of its Subsidiaries to amend, modify, or grant any waiver or release under or terminate in any manner, any Organizational Documents in any manner materially adverse to, or which would impair the rights of, the Lenders.

  • By Agency Agency may terminate this Grant as follows: 18.2.1 At Agency’s discretion, upon 30 days advance written notice to Grantee; 18.2.2 Immediately upon written notice to Grantee, if Agency fails to receive funding, or appropriations, limitations or other expenditure authority at levels sufficient in Agency’s reasonable administrative discretion, to perform its obligations under this Grant; 18.2.3 Immediately upon written notice to Grantee, if federal or state laws, rules, regulations or guidelines are modified or interpreted in such a way that Agency’s performance under this Grant is prohibited or Agency is prohibited from funding the Grant from the Funding Source; or 18.2.4 Immediately upon written notice to Grantee, if Grantee is in default under this Grant and such default remains uncured 15 days after written notice thereof to Grantee.

  • CONFLICTS WITH TRUST’S GOVERNING DOCUMENTS AND APPLICABLE LAWS Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to require the Trust or any Fund to take any action contrary to the Trust’s Agreement and Declaration of Trust, Amended and Restated By-Laws, or any applicable statute or regulation, or to relieve or deprive the Board of Trustees of its responsibility for and control of the conduct of the affairs of the Trust and Fund. In this connection, the Adviser acknowledges that the Trustees retain ultimate plenary authority over each Fund and may take any and all actions necessary and reasonable to protect the interests of shareholders.
