Common use of SPECIAL CONFERENCES Clause in Contracts

SPECIAL CONFERENCES. Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the Chapter Chairperson and the Employer upon the request of either party. There shall be at least two (2) representatives of each the Employer and the Union in attendance at the meeting. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the items to be discussed at the special meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters taken up in special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda. This meeting may be attended by a representative of the Council and/or the International Union.
