Special Education Training and Inservice. 1) The use of new service delivery models shall include the provision of support in the planning and implementation of such models in their buildings. In addition, the District shall provide teaching staff with resources and technical support, (e.g. time, Program Support Teacher consultation , materials, district courses) to implement new instructional programming strategies for students with disabilities.
