Special Exhaust Systems a) Drawings for range hood kitchen exhaust systems shall indicate manufacturer and model number of the rangehood(s), CFM exhaust and ductwork connection to the duct riser. Ductwork shall in accordance with the New York City Building & Fire Codes and shall be insulated. Landlord retains the right to review on-going maintenance records to ensure safety and compliance. b) Dishwasher exhaust ductwork shall be in copper, stainless steel or aluminum, shall slope downwards in the direction of the dishwasher connection. c) Any exhaust system that is to be used for designated smoking areas shall conform with New York City Building Code. These systems will not be permitted to be ducted to the base building return or exhaust branches/risers or use the common return plenum for the floor.

Special Exhaust Systems. Odors produced by tenants such as food service, beauty salons, pet shops, etc. must be exhausted to the atmosphere through a tenant-furnished exhaust system. Tenant shall design and install an engineered exhaust and make-up air system to maintain a negative pressure in the Leased Premises to keep odors from disturbing Landlord, customers and other tenants. The location and minimum distance of exhaust fans from any air intakes shall be as directed by Landlord and in accordance with applicable code. Refer to Tenant Criteria Manual for details.

  • Operations Support Systems (OSS) 47.1. Embarq will offer unbundled access to Embarq’s operations support systems to the extent technically feasible in a non-discriminatory manner at Parity. OSS consists of pre- ordering, ordering, provisioning, maintenance and repair, and billing functions supported by Embarq’s databases and information. The OSS element includes access to all loop qualification information contained in Embarq’s databases or other records, including information on whether a particular loop is capable of providing advanced services.

  • Access Toll Connecting Trunk Group Architecture 9.2.1 If CSTC chooses to subtend a Verizon access Tandem, CSTC’s NPA/NXX must be assigned by CSTC to subtend the same Verizon access Tandem that a Verizon NPA/NXX serving the same Rate Center Area subtends as identified in the LERG. 9.2.2 CSTC shall establish Access Toll Connecting Trunks pursuant to applicable access Tariffs by which it will provide Switched Exchange Access Services to Interexchange Carriers to enable such Interexchange Carriers to originate and terminate traffic to and from CSTC’s Customers. 9.2.3 The Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be two-way trunks. Such trunks shall connect the End Office CSTC utilizes to provide Telephone Exchange Service and Switched Exchange Access to its Customers in a given LATA to the access Tandem(s) Verizon utilizes to provide Exchange Access in such LATA. 9.2.4 Access Toll Connecting Trunks shall be used solely for the transmission and routing of Exchange Access to allow CSTC’s Customers to connect to or be connected to the interexchange trunks of any Interexchange Carrier which is connected to a Verizon access Tandem.

  • Union Access The Union shall have reasonable access to all work locations to verify that the terms and conditions of this Agreement are being carried out and for the purpose of conferring with employees, provided that access shall be subject to such rules and regulations immediately below, as well as to such rules and regulations as may be agreed to by the department and the union. Union access to work locations will not disrupt or interfere with a department’s mission and services or involve any political activities.

  • Life support equipment (a) If a person living or intending to live at your premises requires life support equipment, you must: (i) register the premises with your retailer or with us; and (ii) provide medical confirmation for the premises. (b) Subject to satisfying the requirements in the Rules, your premises may cease to be registered as having life support equipment if medical confirmation is not provided to us or your retailer.

  • Foreign-Owned Companies in Connection with Critical Infrastructure If Texas Government Code, Section 2274.0102(a)(1) (relating to prohibition on contracts with certain foreign-owned companies in connection with critical infrastructure) is applicable to this Contract, pursuant to Government Code Section 2274.0102, Contractor certifies that neither it nor its parent company, nor any affiliate of Contractor or its parent company, is: (1) majority owned or controlled by citizens or governmental entities of China, Iran, North Korea, Russia, or any other country designated by the Governor under Government Code Section 2274.0103, or (2) headquartered in any of those countries.
