Special Privilege Leave. Section 1. Regular full-time bargaining unit members shall be excused from duty as a matter of special privilege and granted a leave of absence for a period not exceeding three (3) days in any one year (July 1 through June 30), provided that the employee submits a written request, and such request is approved by the appropriate supervisor.
