Common use of Special Vacation Leave Clause in Contracts

Special Vacation Leave. (a) Employees shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay on the first (1st) day of the month following the employee's second (2nd) anniversary of service, as defined in clause 34.03 . (b) The vacation leave credits provided in clauses 34.14 (a) above shall be excluded from the application of paragraph 34.11 dealing with the Carry-over and/or Liquidation of Vacation Leave.

Special Vacation Leave. Employee with more than two (b2) years of service, as defined in clause shall be credited a one-time entitlement of thirty-seven decimal five (37.5) hours of vacation leave with pay.
