Specified Personnel. NOTE: Unless Specified Personnel are identified during the assessment ‘Reserved’ this clause. 2.4.1. The Recipient agrees that the Specified Personnel will perform work in relation to the Activity in accordance with this Agreement. 2.4.2. If Specified Personnel are unable to perform the work as required under this clause 2.4, the Recipient agrees to notify the Commonwealth immediately. 2.4.3. The Recipient agrees, at the request of the Commonwealth acting in its absolute discretion, to remove Personnel (including Specified Personnel) from work in relation to the Activity. 2.4.4. If clause 2.4.2 or clause 2.4.3 applies, the Recipient will provide replacement Personnel acceptable to the Commonwealth at no additional cost and at the earliest opportunity.
