Common use of Spousal Union Leave with Pay Clause in Contracts

Spousal Union Leave with Pay. a) After the completion of one (1) year’s continuous employment, and providing an Employee gives the Employer at least five (5) days’ notice, the Employee shall be granted five (5) days’ leave with pay for the purpose of declaring spousal Union with another person in a public ceremony.
