Spouse Eligibility. The Office of Residential Life offers housing for spouses when availa- ble. Spouses who are not enrolled as students at Hamline University must obtain an official school ID through Hamline Public Safety. An additional $100 per month will be charged to the registered student’s account for apartment residents. A background check will be required for all live-in Spouses at the student’s expense. Housing may be denied based on outcome of the background check.

Spouse Eligibility. If a regular retiree's death precedes his/her spouse's or domestic partner’s or eligible dependent's, the spouse/domestic partner/dependent is still entitled to remain on the group coverage and partially offset the cost with the single stipend.
