Spread of Hours of Work. With the exception of those situations where the Employee or Employer concerned requests or is prepared to negotiate an alternative spread of hours, the spread of load for part time staff will be, whenever reasonably practicable, in accordance with the following indicative table: 0.1 FTE, 1 day per week 0.2 FTE, 1 – 2 days per week 0.3 FTE, 2 days per week
