In consultation with customers, Bonneville may use a combination of the following approaches: Receive commitments from Variable Energy Resource Balancing Service (VERBS) customers to pay the VERBS rate consistent with their FY 2017 scheduling election, but commit to schedule to a superior scheduling behavior during the FY 2017 Spring Months; Modify the FY 2016 acquisition strategy; Modify Bonneville’s operational plan to potentially increase the amount of inc balancing reserve capacity available from the FCRPS. Under this solution, Xxxxxxxxxx will no longer attempt to replace FCRPS capacity with third-party inc reserve capacity as described in section 5(b) above; Increase the FY 2017 Annual Budget. Under this approach, Bonneville shall treat any increase to the Annual Budget as a transmission cost; or Increase VERBS rates by 5% and decrease the amount paid to Power Services by Transmission Services for inc balancing reserve capacity provided in the Spring Months above 400 MW by $0.05/kW/day.

  • Minimum Call-Back Time An employee who is called in and required to work outside their regular working hours shall be paid for a minimum of two (2) hours at overtime rates unless the call-in is immediately prior to their normal work day, in which case there should be no minimum.

  • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate. The Parties understand that the Regional Water Board or its delegate has the authority to require a public hearing on this Stipulated Order. If procedural objections are raised or the Regional Water Board requires a public hearing prior to the Stipulated Order becoming effective, the Parties agree to meet and confer concerning any such objections, and may agree to revise or adjust the procedure and/or this Stipulated Order as necessary or advisable under the circumstances.

  • Performance Deficiency The Department or Customer may, in its sole discretion, notify the Contractor of the deficiency to be corrected, which correction must be made within a time-frame specified by the Department or Customer. The Contractor must provide the Department or Customer with a corrective action plan describing how the Contractor will address all issues of contract non-performance, unacceptable performance, and failure to meet the minimum performance levels, deliverable deficiencies, or contract non-compliance.

  • Non-Paid Status During Treatment After Positive Test The employee will be in a non-pay status during any absence for evaluation or treatment, while participating in a rehabilitation program.

  • STRS PICK-UP A. The Board shall pick-up contributions to the State Teachers’ Retirement System paid on behalf of the employees in the bargaining unit utilizing the salary reduction method under the following terms and conditions:

  • Failed or Returned Payment Instructions In using the Service, you are requesting that we or our Service Provider attempt to make payments for you from your Eligible Transaction Account. If the Payment Instruction cannot be completed for any reason associated with your Eligible Transaction Account (for example, there are insufficient funds in your Eligible Transaction Account, or the Payment Instruction would exceed the credit or overdraft protection limit of your Eligible Transaction Account, to cover the payment), the Payment Instruction may or may not be completed.   • Employee Leaving During Notice An employee whose employment is to be terminated for reasons set out in this clause may terminate employment during the period of notice and, if so, shall be entitled to the same benefits and payments under this clause had the employee remained with the employer until the expiry of such notice.   • Maximum Contract Amount 4.4.1. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the City’s maximum payment obligation will not exceed ($_) (the “Maximum Contract Amount”). The City is not obligated to execute an agreement or any amendments for any further services, including any services performed by the Contractor beyond that specifically described in Exhibit A. Any services performed beyond those in Exhibit A or performed outside the Term are performed at the Contractor’s risk and without authorization under this Agreement.

  • Employee leaving during notice period An employee given notice of termination in circumstances of redundancy may terminate their employment during the period of notice. The employee is entitled to receive the benefits and payments they would have received under this clause had they remained in employment until the expiry of the notice, but is not entitled to any payment in lieu of any remaining notice.
