Power Services. 2The Parties hereto specifically acknowledge that the delivery of Power Services hereunder shall be effectuated through Seller’s registration of the Load Asset(s) as set forth in the ISO Documents. Buyer and Seller shall complete all necessary documentation to register ownership of a Load Asset for each Standard Service Customer Class and/or LRS Group, for each applicable CL&P Metering Domain and pursuant to each applicable Service Attachment. The delivery of Power Services shall be deemed to have occurred upon ISO’s assignment of metered load to such Load Asset(s) pursuant to the ISO settlement process. If ISO implements two energy zones in Connecticut during the Term of Agreement one or more additional Load Assets will be required. Upon termination of the applicable Service Attachment(s), Seller shall cooperate with Buyer and shall take such action as necessary to ensure the transfer and return of the Load Asset(s) to Buyer.

Power Services. As a condition for providing service under this Agreement: (a) If Customer's Resource is located in Bonneville's load control area, then Customer shall enter into an agreement with Bonneville for the purchase of the power services necessary for operation of the Resource consistent with the standards of the North American Electric Reliability Council, the Western Systems Coordinating Council, and the Northwest Power Pool or, at Customer's option, demonstrate to Bonneville that it has purchased or otherwise provided such power services. (b) If the portion of Customer's load to which energy is wheeled under this Agreement is located in Bonneville's load control area, then Customer shall enter into an agreement with Bonneville for the purchase of the power services necessary for reliable service to such load consistent with the standards of the North American Electric Reliability Council, the Western Systems Coordinating Council, and the Northwest Power Pool or, at Customer's option, demonstrate to Bonneville that it has purchased or otherwise provided such power services. (c) Such power services may include, but shall not be limited to, control area services, scheduling services, energy shaping services, energy regulation services, station service, start-up power, Resource back-up services, and replacement power.

Power Services. 1.1. Redundant Power at 99.999+% availability. This is met by achieving less than five (5) minutes of Unavailability over a twelve (12) month period (“Redundant Power SLA Threshold”) per cabinet. For the purposes of this paragraph, a Redundant Power Service is considered Unavailable when a functioning cabinet that includes Customer-provided automatic failover capability is powered by two (2) power circuits from different power busses, and both power circuits experience a simultaneous interruption in electrical power such that the cabinet experiences an interruption in electrical power. Subject to Section 4, if Unavailability exceeds the Redundant Power SLA Threshold, Customer will be entitled to a Service credit equal to 1/30th of the Monthly Recurring Charges (”MRC”) for the affected power circuits and Licensed Space MRC for the cabinet attached thereto (“Loaded Cabinet MRC”). Further, Customer will be entitled to an additional Service credit equal to 1/30th of Loaded Cabinet MRC for the affected Loaded Cabinet for every full hour of Unavailability beyond the Redundant Power SLA Threshold.

Power Services. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Addendum and the Master Agreement, Customer may order power for the Cage as follows:
Power Services. Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Addendum and the Master Agreement, Customer agrees to license power for the Cage as follows: Customer may only order a breakered capacity of up to 150 Xxxxx of power per square foot in the Cage (the “Power Limit”). Customer may order AC UPS power circuits for the Cage, subject to availability and Licensor's restrictions on power usage (as such availability and restrictions are determined by Licensor in Licensor’s sole and absolute discretion), for the following monthly base price: · AC UPS Power: $10.00 per breakered amp per month for 120V and $20.00 per breakered amp per moth for 208V, single-phase power and $34.64 per breakered amp for 208v, three-phase power (subject to increase, as set forth below). All power in connection with the Cage shall be pursuant to separate Order Form(s) mutually agreed upon by Licensor and Customer in their sole and absolute discretion from time to time. Customer agrees that the minimum breakered circuit shall be 20 amps and the provision of power shall be in 10-amp increments above the 20-amp minimum. Customer further agrees to pay Licensor’s costs of installation plus ten percent (10%) for all power ordered, as non-recurring fees. Customer shall ensure, at its sole cost and expense, that the load connected to any and all circuits shall be in compliance with the National Electrical Code (and all other laws, rules, regulations, codes, ordinances and insurance requirements). Licensor may, from time to time, increase any charges and/or other amounts payable by Customer relating to power (including, without limitation, those relating to the installation and/or provision thereof), provided that the increase in the amount payable by Customer as a result thereof shall be commensurate with the increase in Licensor’s costs/expenses relating to the applicable power (as reasonably determined by Licensor).

  • OUR SERVICES As insurance intermediaries we generally act as the agent of our client. We are subject to the law of agency, which imposes various duties on us. However, in certain circumstances we may act for and owe duties of care to other parties, including the insurer. We will advise you when these circumstances occur, so you will be aware of any possible conflict of interest. We offer a wide range of products and services which may include: • Offering you a single or range of products from which to choose a product that suits your insurance needs; • Advising you on your insurance needs; • Arranging suitable insurance cover with insurers to meet your requirements; • Helping you with any subsequent changes to your insurance you have to make; • Providing all reasonable assistance with any claim you make. In some cases, we act for insurers under a delegated authority agreement and can enter into insurance policies, issue policy documentation and/or handle or settle claims on their behalf. Where we act on behalf of the insurer and not you, we will notify you accordingly and in relation to claims we will advise you of this fact when you notify us of a claim. Notwithstanding this, we endeavour to always act in your best interest. As intermediaries, we offer a wide range of insurance products and have access to many leading insurance companies and the Lloyd’s market. Depending on the type of cover you require and where we have provided advice based on a personal recommendation, we will offer you a policy from either: • a single insurer; • a limited range of insurers; or • a fair analysis that is representative of the insurance market. We will advise you separately as to which of these apply before we arrange your policy and where we have not undertaken a fair analysis of the market, we will provide you with a list of insurers considered.   • Administration Services When a medical prescription drug is administered by infusion, the administration of the prescription drug may be covered separately from the prescription drug. See Infusion Therapy - Administration Services in the Summary of Medical Benefits for benefit limits and the amount you pay. Prescription drugs that are self-administered are not covered as a medical benefit but may be covered as a pharmacy benefit. Please see Pharmacy Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies – Pharmacy Benefits section above for additional information. For some medical prescription drugs, after the first administration, coverage may be limited to certain locations (for example, a designated outpatient or ambulatory service facility, physician’s office, or your home), provided the location is appropriate based on your medical status. Preauthorization may be required to determine medical necessity as well as appropriate site of care.   • EFT SERVICES If approved, you may conduct any one (1) or more of the EFT services offered by the Credit Union.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Special Services Should the Trust have occasion to request the Adviser to perform services not herein contemplated or to request the Adviser to arrange for the services of others, the Adviser will act for the Trust on behalf of the Fund upon request to the best of its ability, with compensation for the Adviser's services to be agreed upon with respect to each such occasion as it arises.

  • Disaster Services In the event of a local, state, or federal emergency, including natural, man-made, criminal, terrorist, and/or bioterrorism events, declared as a state disaster by the Governor, or a federal disaster declared by the appropriate federal official, Grantee may be called upon to assist the System Agency in providing the following services: i. Community evacuation; ii. Health and medical assistance; iii. Assessment of health and medical needs; iv. Health surveillance; v. Medical care personnel; vi. Health and medical equipment and supplies; vii. Patient evacuation; viii. In-hospital care and hospital facility status; ix. Food, drug and medical device safety; x. Worker health and safety; xi. Mental health and substance abuse; xii. Public health information; xiii. Vector control and veterinary services; and xiv. Victim identification and mortuary services.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.

  • Cloud Services Unless otherwise stated in the Agreement or in the Order, Company grants Customer a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to access and use the Number of Units of Cloud Services during the Term solely for internal business purposes in accordance with the applicable license restrictions stated in the Business Unit Terms, Order, and Documentation. Additional Cloud Service Terms are stated at xxxxx://xxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/#cloud-services, which are incorporated by reference.

  • Autism Services This plan covers the following services for the treatment of autism spectrum disorders. • Applied behavior analysis when provided and/or supervised by an individual licensed by the state in which the service is rendered. See the Summary of Medical Benefits for the amount that you pay. • Physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy services when rendered as part of the treatment of autism spectrum disorder. A benefit limit will not apply to these services. • Psychological and psychiatric services, and prescription drugs are also covered. See Behavioral Health Services and Prescription Drugs and Diabetic Equipment or Supplies for additional information. Coverage for autism spectrum disorders does not affect any obligation of a school district, a state or other governmental entity to provide services to an individual under an individualized family service plan, an individualized education program, or similar services required under state or federal law. Services related to autism that are furnished by school personnel are not covered under this plan.
