Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. Meal Period A Contractor shall schedule an unpaid period of not more than 1/2 hour duration at the work location between the 3rd and 5th hour of the scheduled shift. A Contractor may, for efficiency of operation, establish a schedule which coordinates the meal periods of two or more crafts. If an employee is required to work through the meal period, the employee shall be compensated in a manner established in the applicable Schedule A.

No-‐Activation Period Registry Operator shall not activate any names in the DNS zone for the Registry TLD (except for "NIC") until at least 120 calendar days after the effective date of this agreement. Registry Operator may allocate names (subject to subsection 6.2 below) during this period only if Registry Operator causes registrants to be clearly informed of the inability to activate names until the No-‐Activation Period ends.
Lease Period The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement I is 36 months, which commenced on October 28, 2022. The lease period of the Finance Lease Agreement II is 36 months, which shall commence on July 31, 2023.
