Sprinkler Fire Protection System. The Contractor shall give notice to the Owner’s Representative and to the City of Atlanta Fire Department at least fifteen (15) days in advance of the date on which he wishes to interrupt fire protection service to the building. The duration of each separate interruption shall not exceed eight (8) hours. No interruption may take place except over weekends between the hour of 6:00 a.m. on Saturdays and the hour of 9:00 p.m.

The Owner’s Representative may restrict interruptions otherwise PROVIDED: That in such event there shall be an adjustment in the work schedule; and PROVIDED FURTHER: that there shall be no restrictions otherwise except in an emergency affecting the safety of property, health, or life.

  • Distribution System The Transmission Provider's facilities and equipment used to transmit electricity to ultimate usage points such as homes and industries directly from nearby generators or from interchanges with higher voltage transmission networks which transport bulk power over longer distances. The voltage levels at which Distribution Systems operate differ among areas. Distribution Upgrades – The additions, modifications, and upgrades to the Transmission Provider's Distribution System at or beyond the Point of Interconnection to facilitate interconnection of the Small Generating Facility and render the transmission service necessary to effect the Interconnection Customer's wholesale sale of electricity in interstate commerce. Distribution Upgrades do not include Interconnection Facilities.

  • Communication Systems The Parties agree to share the use of communication systems, radios and radio frequencies for the implementation of this Agreement. Sharing of frequencies must be approved only by authorized personnel for each Party and documented in the AOP.

  • Fire Prevention LESSEE agrees to use every reasonable precaution against fire and agrees to provide and maintain approved, labeled fire extinguishers, emergency lighting equipment, and exit signs and complete any other modifications within the leased premises as required or recommended by the Insurance Services Office (or successor organization), OSHA, the local Fire Department, or any similar body.
