Sprint Review and Planning. After an initial 1 week on-boarding and planning period (Sprint 0) each Sprint will run for two weeks (usually 10 business days or less to accommodate Public Holidays) and be followed by a Sprint Review and Planning meeting. At the end of each Sprint period the Client’s representatives, the Supplier’s representatives and Associates delivering the services will meet together to Review the tasks and deliverables completed in the open Sprint and plan the tasks and deliverables to go into the next Sprint. At each Sprint Review and Planning Meeting the following will be agreed; • the tasks and deliverables that have been completed in the Sprint • any ‘blockers’ that occurred and how to resolvethem • any incomplete items that need to be brought forward to the next Sprint • the new tasks and deliverables that will be delivered in the next Sprint At the end of this meeting the Client willsign off’ the old Sprint as CLOSED and the next Sprint will be officially OPENED. The client acceptance and closure of a Sprint will be a trigger milestone for payment. The supplier will then be free to invoice for any ‘signed off’ Sprints in any calendar month as agreed.

  • Peer Assistance and Review Program 1. MCEA and MCPS agree to jointly operate a Peer Assistance and Review (PAR) Program. The PAR Program is a mechanism for maintaining systemwide quality control and ensuring that all MCPS teachers responsible for teaching students are functioning at or above the high MCPS standards of performance. It provides intensive assistance for any teacher who has not yet achieved that standard or who falls below acceptable standards. Assistance and review are provided to both experienced MCPS teachers in need of significant improvement and teachers in their first year of teaching.

  • Training Program It is agreed that there shall be an Apprenticeship Training Program, the provisions of which are set forth in Exhibit "C", which is attached hereto and forms part of this Agreement.

  • Transition Review Period In accordance with Article 35, Layoff and Recall, the Employer may require an employee to complete a transition review period.

  • Orientation Program The Company will allow a designated representative of the Local or Bargaining Unit up to one (1) hour per calendar month for the purpose of conducting the Communications, Energy and Paperworkers Union New Members’ Orientation Program. Such meetings will be conducted during the probationary period of employees, and will be held on Company premises. Employees participating in Orientation Program meetings during their normally scheduled working hours will not suffer loss of pay at their regular rate. Orientation Program meetings will be scheduled by Management and a Management representative may attend as an observer.

  • Program Overview A. Goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program. The Choice Neighborhoods Program employs a comprehensive approach to neighborhood transformation. The program transforms neighborhoods of concentrated poverty into mixed-income neighborhoods of long-term viability by revitalizing severely distressed public and/or assisted housing; improving access to economic opportunities; and investing and leveraging investments in well-functioning services, effective schools and education programs, public assets, public transportation, and improved access to jobs. Choice Neighborhoods ensures that current residents benefit from this transformation by preserving affordable housing in the neighborhood or providing the choice to move to affordable housing in another neighborhood of opportunity. The purpose of this grant is to implement a Transformation Plan that has been developed through a local planning process and furthers the goals of the Choice Neighborhoods Program.
