DAY RATES. 13.01 The Company agrees to establish day rates on all day rate jobs. These day rates shall be established using any of the current accredited Industrial Engineering techniques and will be expressed as 125% efficiency, which is equivalent to 250% efficiency under Article 14. In the event of a dispute on any day rate, the stop watch method or predetermined time system will be used for verification. The Company, in establishing day rates, will do so on the basis of fairness and equity in that such day rates shall be based on reasonable working capacities of normal experienced employees working at a reasonable pace producing quality work using prescribed methods.
13.02 Before the Company observes or studies any job, the worker who works on the job and the Union's representative shall be notified in advance and shall be told the purpose of the observation or study.
(A) Where a job is being studied for the purpose of establishing a day rate, it shall be the Company's responsibility to establish and instruct the operator in the prescribed method prior to the study being made. The operator to be studied shall be mutually agreed upon by the parties and shall be an operator who normally performs the job.
(B) The operator shall not be serviced or assisted by anyone except those whose job it is to service and assist.
(C) The study shall be taken under the conditions and circumstances that normally exist on the job, using stock and materials the operator can expect to receive based on these existing conditions and circumstances.
(D) The Union Time Study Representative shall take a study at the same time as the Company Time Study Representative and at the conclusion of such study they shall compare their studies. The day rate shall be established by the Company.
13.03 Upon request of the Plant Chairperson or his/her designated representative, the Company will provide copies of all the relevant records required for investigation by the Union of a day rate.
13.04 The Company shall post all day rates on the respective jobs and machines and keep them clear and up to date. This sheet will also show all elements of the job .
13.05 The day rate shall include an allowance of fifteen per cent (15%) which shall include rest periods and wash-up for personal relief, fatigue, and unavoidable delays.

DAY RATES. COMPANY shall pay OWNER the following COMPENSATION in accordance with Section II Clause 25.1:
a) STANDBY FEE during the STANDBY PERIOD of US$60,000 per day
b) Following the STANDBY PERIOD, a DAILY COMPENSATION FEE during the remainder of the INITIAL PERIOD of US$ 132,500 per day Should COMPANY elect to purchase the FPSO according to the provisions of Clause 6 hereunder, the DAILY COMPENSATION FEE shall be no longer payable.
DAY RATES. The Supplier will provide the Services at the Day Rate (plus VAT) for its Associate(s) as set forth in the Pricing Table. The Day Rate is based on a standard professional day of 8 working hours.
DAY RATES. All given prices for the day rates are on a door to door basis from/to INNOMAR office in Germany. The invoiced renting time is therefore from the day of leaving our office until the day of return at our office. The smallest rental period for all Equipment and Services is one (1) day unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Rehearsal musicians employed by the day shall be paid at the minimum rate of $125.23 for two hours or less effective March 7, 2011; $128.87 effective March 5, 2012, $132.52 effective March 4, 2013, $136.17 effective March 3, 2014, $139.82 effective March 2, 2015. Overtime beyond eight (8) hours in a day shall be paid at the rate of time and one half (1 1/2) the hourly rate in half hour segments. Overtime after midnight for each one-half (1/2) hour or less shall be paid at the minimum rate of $62.61 effective March 7, 2011; $64.44 effective March 5, 2012, $66.26 effective March 4, 2013, $68.08 effective March 3, 2014, $69.91 effective March 2, 2015.
DAY RATES. Mill Department April 1, 2017 April 1, 2018 April 1, 2019 SCHEDULE “A” Incentive Replacement Premium (I.R.P.)
a. Each employee hired on or before December 22, 2003 will have an individual IRP rate that is equal to their average hourly incentive received during the period July 1, 2002 to June 30, 2003, as per Appendix A. The employee will continue to receive the employee’s average hourly incentive for every hour worked as long as he or she remains in the classification that the employee held as of December 22, 2003. If an employee who was hired on or before December 22, 2003 bids, is transferred or is assigned to a classification that is different from the classification that the employee held as of December 22, 2003, the employee will receive the classification average of the position to which the employee has transferred, bid or been assigned.
b. New processes or classifications established by the Company and Union after December 22, 2003 will have an IRP of $2.75/hr only for those employees hired on or before December 22, 2003 whether they bid, transfer or are assigned to those classifications. As long as an employee remains in the classification (job bid) that the employee held as of December 22, 2003, the employee will maintain his or her individual IRP. Employees whom the Company temporarily assigns to new processes or classifications will continue to receive, during the temporary assignment, the IRP rate, if any, that they were receiving in the classification that they held prior to the temporary assignment.
c. An employee will not receive an IRP rate for time spent on rework, and will receive the base hourly rate for that time, in accordance with Schedule “A” of the Collective Agreement.
d. Employees who are hired on or before December 22, 2003 and who occupy a Team Leader classification, other than the classification of Mill Team Leader, will receive a flat IRP of $4.25 per hour. Employees who are hired on or before December 22, 2003 and who occupy the classification of Mill Team Leader will receive a flat IRP of $5.25 per hour.
e. It is jointly recognized that continually increasing productivity is one of the critical factors in the plant’s future success Accordingly, employees are required to maintain productivity levels.
