Sprint wireless MSC Location. When a Sprint MSC and the POI to which is Interconnected are in the same MTA, the Sprint MSC location means the actual physical location of such MSC in that MTA. When a Sprint MSC is physically located in a different MTA than the POI to which it is Interconnected, the Sprint MSC location means such MSC’s point of presence location designated in the LERG that is within the same MTA as the POI.
