Facility Cost definition

Facility Cost means all facility capital costs, operating costs, leasehold improvements and renovations. (Added Mar 2018)

Facility Cost shall have the meaning set forth in the Power Purchase Agreement.

Facility Cost means all facility capital costs, operating costs, leasehold improvements, and renovations.

Facility Cost means as of the applicable measurement date, the aggregate amount of all costs and expenses incurred by Seller for the development, design, engineering, equipping, procuring, constructing, installing, starting up and testing of the Facility, including (a) the cost of all labor, services, materials, supplies, equipment, tools, transportation, supervision, storage, training, demolition, site preparation, civil works, and remediation in connection therewith, (b) the cost of acquiring the leasehold interest and any other property, easement or other interest in the Site, (c) the cost of acquiring the Permits for the Facility and (d) the cost of establishing a spare parts inventory for the Facility, if any, net of any revenue from Startup and Test Energy.

Facility Cost means the Purchase Price plus the sum of (x) all supplemental Financing Amounts, and (y) all Additional Equity Investment amounts.
