The Proponent shall prepare an SSI Report that at a minimum presents the data, summarizes the results of the investigation, validates all data, and includes recommendations and conclusions. DTSC will review the SSI Report and provide written comments to the Proponent or approve the SSI Report. The Proponent shall revise the SSI Report in accordance with DTSC’s comments, if any is issued.
