S.S.T. F. and the Bargaining Unit, as the case may be, shall indemnify and hold the Board harmless from any claims, suits, attachments and any form of liability as a result of such deductions made under L8.0. L9.0 HOLIDAY AND VACATION FOR 12 MONTH CO-ORDINATORS/ASSISTANT CO-ORDINATORS L9.1 Effective September 1, 2000, twelve month co-ordinators shall be entitled to a total of 30 working days of vacation during their twelve-month working year. Vacation days shall be scheduled in consultation with the appropriate Superintendent, or designate.
