STACKING OF HOURS. The School District will add together the employee’s hours in the “current unit” with “other hours.” The term, “other hours,” means work hours assigned in accordance with the School District’s regular process for the assignment of duties so long as the “other hours” are less than the number of hours assigned to the employee within the “current unit.”
