Staff Development Days. 5.5.1 A participant is designated as a Member of the Bargaining Unit and must be present for the full staff development day. 5.5.2 Staff development will be scheduled annually on up to three full, mutually acceptable days outside of the normal duty days described in section 5.1 above by the association and the District. 5.5.2.1 Participants must sign in for each staff development day. Participants must sign-in prior to the beginning of each session, morning, and afternoon. Sign-in sheets will be available fifteen (15) minutes prior to each session's start time.
