Staff Orientation and Training. All employees of the SRF will undergo a 20-hour orientation and training session. Orientation to the SRF will be extensive during the first week of employment, within which the employee will be provided training following CCR Title 9, Article 3.5, Section 532.6(j). During this time, the Administrator, Program Director, and Licensed Nurse will orient the employee on respective policies and procedures, and objectives of the SRF. In addition to the orientation, the Program Director will provide a minimum of 8 hours of one-on-one or group training to employees on the following:
