Staff Protection. The Board agrees and is required by applicable laws to provide the employees with general liability coverage. The Board shall provide insurance in accordance with applicable laws to reimburse employees for replacement of any clothing or other personal property damaged or destroyed while engaged in enforcing discipline, protecting a student or employee or themselves from attack by a student.
