Common use of Stage 3 Clause in Contracts

Stage 3. (a) If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the grievor at Stage 2, the grievor may, within 5 Working Days of the date on which the Supervisor’s immediate Supervisor’s reply was or should have been given, deliver the written grievance to the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”), or designate.

Stage 3. (a) If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the grievor at Stage 2, the grievor may, within 5 Working Business Days of the date on which the Supervisor’s immediate Supervisorsupervisor’s reply was or should have been given, deliver the written grievance to the Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”)Director, Hospitality Services, or designate.

Stage 3. (a) If the grievance is not resolved to the satisfaction of the grievor at Stage 2, the grievor may, within 5 Working Business Days of the date on which the Supervisor’s immediate Supervisor’s reply was or should have been given, deliver the written grievance to the Assistant Vice‐President & Chief Human Resources Officer (“CHRO”)Facilities Officer, or designate.
