Stages of Appeal. (a) Stages A grievance may be appealed in writing by the Union or the Employer through the following stages: (i) Stage I President of the Employer and a Union representative or their respective alternate(s); (ii) Stage II The Employer's Staff Relations Committee and a full-time paid representative of the Union and a Job Xxxxxxx (or their respective alternate(s)) and the grievor(s); (b) Discipline, Discharge or Termination Grievances
