Ergonomic Concerns. Upon request of the employee, the Employer will endeavor to provide ergonomically correct equipment. When new equipment is purchased, when possible and within budget considerations, the University will attempt to obtain ergonomically correct equipment, such as glare screens; chairs with adjustable heights and back rests; foot rests; adjustable tables for holding keyboards; and keyboards designed to decrease the risk of carpal tunnel syndrome.
Ergonomic Concerns. If any Employee or the Union has a concern about the workplace or work environment which is ergonomic in nature, the matter shall be addressed in accordance to the WorkeSafeBC’s Occupational Health and Safety Regulations (OHS).

  • Ergonomics The supervisor/manager will provide training and equipment for staff to safely perform job functions and avoid injury. Employees should contact their supervisor if job procedures, equipment or workstations lead to risk of injury or work-related musculoskeletal disorders.   • Small Business Concern The offeror represents as part of its offer that it is, is not a small business concern.

  • Joint Advocacy The Central parties agree to create a Central Committee to develop strategies for advocating to Government to increase and establish appropriate resources including RNs, to address the care needs for residents with aggressive and/or violent behaviours in Long Term Care Homes. The Committee will first meet in the final quarter of 2014 and then at least quarterly. Strategies may include the following:
