Stages. Stage. I - A grievance shall be initiated under this procedure by the teacher submitting it in writing to his/her immediate supervisor on a form to be mutually developed by the Board and the Association. The immediate supervisor shall hold a meeting with the teacher for the purpose of reviewing the grievance within three (3) working days of presentation. The immediate supervisor shall render a decision in writing on the grievance within three (3) days following the date of such meeting.
