Stakeholder Management Plan. ‌ Some projects have a large number of stakeholders and the communication to those stakeholders may be complex. In such cases it is best to conduct a detailed stakeholder analysis to ensure all stakeholders are identified and their needs concerning project communication are captured and carried out. The stakeholder management plan log should be used to list the stakeholders, identify and document their needs, and capture (log) each communication to ensure stakeholder needs are being met. Note: Smaller projects or projects with limited Stakeholder communication can utilize the Communication Plan for this purpose. Clarifications are also needed concerning how stakeholders have been identified /selected; which/how many stakeholders for each category (among those listed in D34 and D35) are represented/involved in project task forces; which/how many stakeholders for each category (particularly NEETs and immigrants) attended the stakeholders (kick-off and midterm) seminars.
