Common use of Standard Work Day Clause in Contracts

Standard Work Day. All regular bus attendants and monitors will be guaranteed a 14 minimum of six (6) hours per day when school is in session. All hours worked beyond 40 15 hours in the work week will be paid per Article 7.04(2)(a)(1) of this agreement. The 16 minimum requirements shall not apply to summer school.

Standard Work Day. All regular bus attendants and monitors operators will be guaranteed a 14 minimum of six seven 11 (67) hours per day when school is in session. All hours worked beyond 40 15 hours in the work 12 week will be paid per Article 7.04(2)(a)(1) of this agreement. The 16 minimum requirements 13 shall not apply to summer school.
