No Planning Time. In the event a teacher is not provided planning time during 21 the student day the school administrator shall implement a process to provide a 22 break to the teacher, if necessary. A break shall be defined as an interruption in the 23 teaching activity of the teacher for the purpose of using the restroom or for other 24 personal reasons. Such breaks shall be reasonable in length and not distract from 25 student learning.

  • Planning Time A. Uninterrupted planning time sixty (60) consecutive minutes shall be provided daily within the normal work day for full-time teachers at elementary sites. Planning period adjustments may be made with the approval of the teacher if the adjustment does not decrease the number of minutes allocated for planning time.

  • Discharge Planning If further care at home or in another facility is appropriate following discharge from the Hospital, Blue Shield will work with the Member, the attending Physician and the Hospital discharge planners to determine the most appropriate and cost effective way to provide this care.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the Funder and may be required to incorporate:

  • Volunteer Leave Subject to operational requirements as determined by the Employer and with an advance notice of at least five (5) working days, the employee shall be granted, in each fiscal year, a single period of up to seven decimal five (7.5) hours’ of leave with pay to work as a volunteer for a charitable or community organization or activity, other than for activities related to the Government of Canada Workplace Charitable Campaign.   • Protection Planning Annually, sub-geographic area Unit Administrators will determine efficiencies to be gained from reciprocal assistance and acquisition of protection services. Operating plans will document decisions. Plans should be reviewed, and agreement reached concerning such items as placement of crews, engines, air tankers, helicopters, fixed and aerial detection, regulated use, closures and other joint fire suppression efforts.

  • Starting Times Employees shall be at their place of work at the starting time and shall remain at their place of work (as designated by the Contractor) performing their assigned functions until quitting time. The place of work shall be defined as the gang or toolbox, or equipment at the employee’s assigned work location or the place where the xxxxxxx gives instructions. The Parties reaffirm their policy of a fair day’s work for a fair day’s wage. There shall be no pay for time not worked unless the employee is otherwise engaged at the direction of the Contractor.
