Standards of Conduct; Compliance. Each Party will perform, or will ensure that each of its Affiliates, Sublicensees, and subcontractors perform, all Commercialization activities in a professional and ethical business manner and in compliance with Applicable Law and applicable Professional Requirements.
Standards of Conduct; Compliance. Akebia and Licensee shall perform, or shall ensure that each of their respective Affiliates and subcontractors perform, all Commercialization activities (including Detailing) in a professional and ethical business manner and in compliance with Applicable Law, Professional Requirements, the Approved Labeling, and the CAN Plan.
