Standards of Professional Performance. All Athletic Staff Members are expected to perform their duties and responsibilities on behalf of the University in a professional, competent and diligent manner that conforms to the University’s and the Department’s expected performance and conduct standards. Athletic Staff Members, therefore, must conduct themselves and carry out their duties in a manner that fosters and promotes the high moral, ethical and academic standards of the University, as well as good sportsmanship. Athletic Staff Members also must strictly adhere to all applicable federal, state and municipal laws, University policies and practices, Department policies and practices, and governing athletic rules, including without limitation those rules relating to the recruitment and the furnishing of unauthorized benefits to recruits and student-athletes. Recognizing that the primary mission of the University is to serve as an institution of higher education, Athletic Staff Members are expected to fully cooperate with the University’s faculty and administrators in encouraging and promoting the academic pursuits of student-athletes and to take all necessary steps to safeguard and promote the physical and mental well-being of student-athletes. For those Athletic Staff Members who supervise other staff or students, those members also shall take all necessary steps to ensure that those under their supervision adhere to these standards.

Standards of Professional Performance. (a) Athletic staff members shall perform their duties and personally comport themselves at all times in a manner consistent with good sportsmanship and with the high moral, ethical, and academic standards of the University. Each senior athletic staff member shall at all times exercise due care that all personnel and students under their supervision or subject to their control or authority shall comport themselves in like manner.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures.   • Other Professional Services We will provide you the various implementation-related services itemized in the Investment Summary and described in the Statement of Work.

  • Professional Dues The school district will pay the annual dues for the Superintendent’s membership in the American Association of School Administrators, Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development, and Nebraska Council of School Administrators. The Superintendent’s membership in other professional organizations will be considered annually and may be approved at the discretion of the school board.

  • Provision of Professional Services We will provide any Professional Services set out in a relevant Order Form in a professional and workmanlike manner, using reasonable skill and care in accordance with industry practice and any relevant SOW. Where it is necessary for Us or Our Group to visit your sites in order to perform Professional Services you shall at no cost to Us or Our Group: (a) provide reasonable access to any relevant sites at times to be agreed; (b) inform Us of health and safety, and security policies applicable at the sites; (c) ensure the sites are safe;

  • Design Professional The architect or engineer or architectural or engineering firm selected by Owner (i) for the design and preparation of Contract Documents governing the construction of a Project, or (ii) for construction contract administration under the Contract Documents, or (iii) for both, all such services and the scope thereof to be set forth in the Design Professional Contract. The Design Professional is not an employee of the Owner but is engaged or retained by it for the purpose of performing design and construction administration services for the project. The term “Design Professional” includes architects, engineers, surveyors, designers, and other consultants retained by the Design Professional.

  • Professional Dress In as much as teachers are role models for students, each teacher shall maintain a neat, professional appearance appropriate for his/her specific teaching assignment.

  • Medicaid Program Parties (applicable to any Party providing services and supports paid for under Vermont’s Medicaid program and Vermont’s Global Commitment to Health Waiver):

  • Outside Professional Activities The President/Superintendent may undertake outside professional activities, including consulting, speaking, and writing provided these activities do not interfere with the President/Superintendent’s duties.

  • Professional Services Bodily injury" or "property damage" arising out of the rendering of or failure to render profes- sional services;

  • Contract for Professional Services of Physicians Optometrists, and Registered Nurses In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 2254.008(a)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
