STANDARDS OF PROFESSIONAL PRACTICE. 10.1 Health care services shall be made available to Members without discrimination on the basis of type of health benefits plan, source of payment, sex, age, race, color, religion, national origin, health status or disability. Physician shall provide health care services to Members in the same manner as provided to their other patients and in accordance with prevailing practices and standards of the profession.
