Applicability of Other Policies. Service Provider may utilize the services of third parties from time to time in connection with the Centers Marketing Platform Services. In the event Service Provider utilizes third parties such as Amazon Web Services (“AWS”), Customer agrees that it will review and comply with such third party’s acceptable use, privacy and any other applicable policy. Service Provider will supply Customer with the names of such third parties and it is Customer’s responsibility to review and comply with such third party’s use policies.
