Start-up Spare Parts. Any spare parts used to support Unit 2 start-up shall be charged to the account of Lessor, and such spare parts used during Unit 2 start-up shall be promptly replaced by Lessor.

Start-up Spare Parts. Prior to Mechanical Completion, Contractor shall obtain all spare parts required for Plant start-up and testing. All spare parts not used during Plant start-up and testing shall become the property of FPL, it being understood and agreed that additional photovoltaic panels held by Contractor at the Project Site but not incorporated into the Project shall not be deemed to be spare parts.
Start-up Spare Parts. Contractor shall obtain all spare parts required for the Ethanol Plant and the FBG Work in accordance with Exhibit A, Scope of Work.

  • Technical Specifications Each Bloom System is an integrated system comprised of a fuel cell stack assembly and associated balance of plant components that converts a fuel into electricity using electrochemical means that (i) has a Nameplate Capacity of at least 0.5 kilowatts of electricity using an electrochemical process and (ii) has an electricity-only generation efficiency greater than thirty percent (30%).
