Spare Parts Availability. Vendor shall maintain a supply of spare parts to make emergency repairs. Vendor shall maintain all spare parts necessary to repair the equipment (so as to restore it to its proper operating condition).
Spare Parts Availability. When applicable, the Bidder shall certify the availability of spare parts for a period of at least five (5) years from date of delivery, or as otherwise specified in this ITB or in any Purchase Order as may be issued by UNDP.

A 24-hour Customer Response Center is available to Airline for this purpose. If an emergency does exist, CFM will use its best efforts to ship required spare Part(s) within the time period set forth below following receipt of an acceptable purchase order from Airline: AOG - 4 Hours Critical - 24 Hours Expedite - 7 Days
3. [*]. Airline agrees to promptly notify CFM in the event the Airline will not achieve such projected requirements. If Airline does not supply such forecast provisioning then CFM may modify the spare Part lead-time currently defined in the Spare Parts Catalog.
4. All Airworthiness Directives (“AD”) issued (regardless of the permitted compliance date) by the Federal Aviation Administration of the United States, Colombia Aviation Administration and any other foreign aviation authority having jurisdiction over the operations of Airline or an Airline Affiliate prior to the delivery date of any Engine to Airline or an Airline Affiliate shall be accomplished or performed prior to such delivery date unless the AD states that the necessary actions can be accomplished at the next shop visit, in which case it may be performed at such shop visit.

CFMI will ship reasonable quantities (defined as ***** normal usage) of spare Parts which are included in CFMI’s Engine Spare Parts Catalog within a ***** lead time following receipt of an acceptable purchase order from Airline. Spare Parts and other CFMI furnished material which are not included in the CFM56 Engine Spare Parts Price Catalog and for which lead time has not been quoted will be shipped as quoted by CFMI.

Spare Parts Availability. Seller will maintain the capability to supply, and shall provide, spare parts (i.e., the entire Goods or portions of the Goods) and technical support for the Offerings during the term of this Agreement and for a period of fifteen (15) years thereafter (or longer period as may be required by law applicable to Buyer or Seller) under the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Seller will give Buyer a last time buy option at the end of such period, and will notify Buyer in writing at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to the conclusion of such period. Seller will notify Buyer in writing at least one hundred twenty (120) days prior to Seller’s withdrawal of any Goods or components thereof, and such withdrawal will not occur during the term of the Agreement or the fifteen (15) year period described in this Section, and will not affect Seller’s responsibilities under this Section related to spare parts availability or technical support.

Supplier will maintain the capability to supply, and shall provide Product spare parts (i.e., the entire Product or portions of the Product as described herein or as may be subsequently described by Buyer, including, without limitation all FRUs) technical support for the Product as described in this SOW during the term of this SOW and for a period of *** years thereafter (or longer period as may be required by law upon Buyer or Supplier) under the terms and conditions of the Agreement. Supplier will give Buyer a last time buy option at the end of such *** year period, and shall also offer any follow on products that are compatible with Products herein. Supplier will notify Buyer prior to Supplier’s withdrawal of any Product(s), and such withdrawal will not occur during the term of the SOW and will not affect Supplier’s responsibilities under this section related to spare parts availability or technical support.

Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, Supplier shall maintain the capability to supply Spare Parts (i.e. the entire Product or portions of the Product as described herein or as subsequently described by IBM) during the term of this Attachment and for a period of 5 years thereafter. Spare Parts supply and pricing beyond the 5 year period will be negotiated on a year to year basis by the Supplier and IBM Field Service. Spare Parts which are portions of the Product (Field Replacement Units (FRUS)) and their prices will be defined in the Attachment #RMSS-ODI-96-01-B. Spare Parts ordering by IBM Field Service will have the same terms as the Product defined in paragraph 4.0. Orders for initial stocking by IBM Field Service will be discounted 10% from the standard FRU price. The Supplier shall not be required to provide "Code A" parts support to IBM on a twenty-four (24) hours / seven (7) days a week basis. "Code A" support requirements will be handled by a third party source defined by IBM. Supplier shall provide spare parts on a routine basis to the defined IBM "Code A" support third party at the same prices, terms and lead-times provided IBM as a part of this agreement. Emergency orders submitted by the defined IBM "Code A" support third party will be fulfilled by the supplier within 24 hours of receipt of order on the next general business day. Emergency orders will be at suppliers full list price.

A 24-hour Customer Response Center is available to Airline for this purpose. If an emergency does exist, GE-LLC will use its best efforts to ship required spare Part(s) within the time period set forth below following receipt of an acceptable purchase order from Airline: AOG – [*****] Critical – [*****] Expedite – [*****] Should Airline execute a long-term exclusive service agreement with GE Engine Services, Inc. then GE will make all reasonable efforts to have Airline’s spare Parts orders fulfilled by GE Celma so to improve the response times listed above. Airline shall provide GE with spare Parts provisioning forecasts, updated at least [*****], specifying projected requirements to cover at least the following [*****] period. Airline agrees to promptly notify GE in the event the Airline will not achieve such projected requirements. If Airline does not supply such forecast provisioning then GE may modify the spare Part lead time currently defined in the Spare Parts Catalog.
