State Furnished Property. State furnished property shall be returned to the State upon request in the same condition as received except for ordinary wear, tear and modifications ordered hereunder.

State Furnished Property. The Contractor shall be responsible for the correct use, maintenance, and protection of all articles of nonexpendable, tangible personal property furnished by the State for the Contractor's use under this Contract. Upon termination of this Contract, all property furnished by the State shall be returned to the State in the same condition as when received, less ordinary wear and tear. Should the property be destroyed, lost, or stolen, the Contractor shall be responsible to the State for the fair market value of the property at the time of loss.
State Furnished Property. Contractor shall be responsible for the security, protection, and timely return of all property furnished by the Treasurer or any of its vendors, if any, including but not limited to, research materials, documents, data, photographs, drawings, or plans.
State Furnished Property. Identify any State Furnished Property or Information that will be provided to the Vendor. Example: The State will provide the Vendor with office space, computer, printer, facsimile service, reproduction capability, and internet access for the project as required, while working on-site. Telephone service for official use and local calls only will be provided to the Vendor; all other calls shall be made at the Vendor’s expense. The Vendor shall not use State furnished material or equipment to work on projects other than those directed by this Task Order. State furnished equipment provided to the Vendor will be returned in good working order.

  • Inspection of Property; Books and Records; Discussions Keep proper books of records and account in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP and all Requirements of Law shall be made of all dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities; and permit representatives of any Lender (upon reasonable advance notice coordinated through the Administrative Agent) to visit and inspect any of its properties and examine and make abstracts from any of its books and records at any reasonable time and as often as may reasonably be desired and to discuss the business, operations, properties and financial and other condition of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries with officers and employees of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries and with its independent certified public accountants.
