STATE TREASURER REVIEW. The State Treasurer or his designee shall review the Disclosures submitted by the Business Entity pursuant to these Special Provisions as well as any other pertinent information concerning the contributions or reports thereof prior to contract execution and on a continuing basis during the term of the contract. If the State Treasurer determines that any contribution or action of the Business Entity constitutes a breach of contract or conflict of interest pursuant to these special provisions or the terms EO134, the State Treasurer shall disqualify the business entity from entering into this contract or future contracts pursuant to the terms of EO 134.

If the State Treasurer determines that any contribution or action by the contractor constitutes a breach of contract that poses a conflict of interest in the awarding of the contract under this solicitation, the State Treasurer shall disqualify the Business Entity from award of such contract. ADDITIONAL DISCLOSURE REQUIREMENT OF P.L. 2005, C. 51 Contractor is advised of its responsibility to file an annual disclosure statement on political contributions with the New Jersey Election Law Enforcement Commission (ELEC), pursuant to P.L. 2005, c. 5, section 3 if the contractor receives contracts in excess of $50,000 from a public entity in a calendar year. It is the contractor’s responsibility to determine if filing is necessary. Failure to so file can result in the imposition of financial penalties by ELEC.   • Treasurer The Treasurer shall be the chief financial and accounting officer of the Trust, and, subject to the provisions of the Declaration of Trust and to any arrangement made by the Trustees with a custodian, investment adviser or manager, or transfer, shareholder servicing or similar agent, shall be in charge of the valuable papers, books of account and accounting records of the Trust, and shall have such other duties and powers as may be designated from time to time by the Trustees or by the President.

  • Medical Review Officer The Medical Review Officer (MRO) shall be a licensed physician who has a knowledge of substance abuse disorders and has appropriate medical training to interpret and evaluate an individual’s positive test result together with the employee’s medical history and any other relevant biomedical information.

  • College President The "College President" is the Chief Executive Officer of the College.

  • Assistant Treasurer The assistant treasurer shall in the absence or disability of the treasurer, perform the duties and exercise the powers of the treasurer and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Trustees or the chief executive officer may from time to time prescribe.

  • Controller The Controller shall be the chief accounting officer of the Company. He shall keep full and accurate accounts of the assets, liabilities, commitments, receipts, disbursements and other financial transactions of the Company; shall cause regular audits of the books and records of account of the Company and supervise the preparation of the Company’s financial statements; and, in general, he shall perform the duties incident to the office of controller of a company (as if the Company were a Delaware corporation) and such other duties as may be assigned to him by the Member or the President or as may be provided by law. If no Controller is elected by the Member, the Treasurer shall perform the duties of the office of controller.

  • The Treasurer The Treasurer shall have custody of and be responsible for all funds and securities of the Company, shall keep full and accurate accounts of receipts and disbursements in books belonging to the Company and shall deposit all monies and other valuable effects in the name and to the credit of the Company in such depositories as may be designated by the Management Directors. He shall disburse the funds of the Company as may be ordered by the Management Directors, taking proper vouchers for such disbursements, and shall render to the President and the Management Directors, whenever they may require it, an account of all his transactions as Treasurer and of the financial condition of the Company.

  • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.

  • The Vice-President The Vice President shall have such powers and perform such duties as the Member may from time to time prescribe or as the President may from time to time delegate to him or her. At the request of the President, the Vice President may temporarily act in place of the President. In the case of the death, absence, or inability to act of the President, the Member may designate the Vice President to perform the duties of the President.

  • The President the Treasurer and the Secretary shall be elected by the Trustees upon the occurrence of any vacancy in any such office. Other officers, if any, may be elected or appointed by the Trustees at any time. Vacancies in any such other office may be filled at any time.
