Statement of Assessment. Upon payment of a reasonable fee and upon written request by any owner, mortgagee, prospective mortgagee, or prospective purchaser of a parcel, the Association shall issue a written statement setting forth with respect to any parcel the amount of the unpaid assessments, if any, the amount of the current periodic assessment and the date that such assessment becomes or became due; credit for advanced payments or prepaid items, including, but not limited to, an owner’s share of prepaid insurance premiums, which statement shall be conclusive upon the Association in favor of persons who rely thereon in good faith except in the case of obvious error. Unless the request for such written statement shall be met within ten- (10) days, all unpaid assessments which become due prior to the date of making of such request shall be subordinate to the lien, if any, held by the person making the request. Any mortgagee may pay any amount shown as due on such statement, and upon such payment such mortgagee shall have a lien on such parcel for the amount paid of the same rank as the lien of his encumbrance.

  • Final Report The goal of this subtask is to prepare a comprehensive Final Report that describes the original purpose, approach, results, and conclusions of the work performed under this Agreement.
