Statement of Credit Balance. The Employer shall provide, to each full-time Employee, once each year, a statement of his/her own sick leave balance.
Statement of Credit Balance. The Employer shall provide each permanent full-time employee’s sick leave balances on their bi-weekly pay statement, recognizing that such balance is subject to verification.

The Division Manager, shall, upon request, provide written confirmation of an individual employee’s sick leave balance as contained in such annual statement, once per year.
