Statements, Books and Records. Purchaser shall keep and maintain at all times full and accurate books and records to reflect each distribution, dividend, sale, disposition or other transaction respecting the Shares at the address set forth in Paragraph 5.2 hereof, which records shall be available for inspection by Seller and Seller's representatives and copying at the expense of Seller during reasonable business hours for the purpose of verifying the accuracy of the payments made on account of the Profits Interest.
Statements, Books and Records. Within ten (10) days after the close of each calendar month of the term of this Agreement, Company shall submit to City, in such detail and form as may be specified by City, certain information, including but not limited to, a statement of its Gross Receipts during the preceding month said statement to be signed by a responsible accounting officer of Company. Said statement shall include, at a minimum, a breakdown of Company’s sales at each location for food and beverages. City reserves the right to change the form of the monthly statement and to require the submission by Company of other information pertaining to the Gross Receipts hereunder, and Company agrees to change the form of its statements to that requested by City and to provide any additional information City may request.
Statements, Books and Records. (a) Within twenty (20) days after the close of each calendar month of the term of this Concession, CONCESSIONAIRE shall submit to ENGLAND AUTHORITY, on the Gross Revenue form as shown in Exhibit E, a statement of its Gross Revenue during the preceding month from its operations at AEX upon which the percentage payments to ENGLAND AUTHORITY set forth in Subsection 4.1(b) and CFC charges as set forth in Subsection 4.5, are computed, said statement to be signed by a responsible accounting officer of CONCESSIONAIRE. CONCESSIONAIRE shall keep full and accurate books and records showing all of its Gross Revenue pertaining to operations at the Airport, and ENGLAND AUTHORITY shall have the right, through its representatives, and at all reasonable times, to inspect such books and records, including State of Louisiana sales tax return records. CONCESSIONAIRE hereby agrees that all such records and instruments will be made available to ENGLAND AUTHORITY on the AEX premises for at least a three (3) year period following termination of this Concession.
(b) CONCESSIONAIRE shall maintain records and controls pertaining to the rental transactions at AEX which shall be available for inspection and examination of the Premises upon forty-eight (48) hours notice by ENGLAND AUTHORITY or its duly authorized representative.
(c) CONCESSIONAIRE shall employ an independent certified public accountant who shall provide to ENGLAND AUTHORITY for each twelve (12) month period written financial statements certifying that the Minimum Annual Guarantee and/or Percentage Fee paid by CONCESSIONAIRE to the ENGLAND AUTHORITY for the preceding twelve (12) month period pursuant to this Concession was made in accordance with the terms of this Concession. Such statements shall also contain a list of the Gross Revenue as shown on the books and records of CONCESSIONAIRE and which were used to compute the fees paid to ENGLAND AUTHORITY during the period covered by statement. Said statement shall be delivered to the ENGLAND AUTHORITY no later than one hundred twenty (120) days after close of CONCESSIONAIRE’s annual fiscal year operations. Failure to provide said certified statements shall result in a $100 penalty per day for each day that said statements are not provided.

Statements, Books and Records. 1. Monthly Reports - Lessee shall furnish Authority on or before the fifteenth (15th) day of each month, an accurate report setting forth all data necessary to calculate fees and charges due under this Agreement (see Exhibit E). If Lessee fails to furnish such report, the fees and charges will be estimated from prior months for which such data is available. Any necessary adjustments shall be calculated after an accurate report is delivered to Authority by Lessee for the month in question. Any resulting surpluses or deficits shall be applied as credits or charges to the appropriate invoice in the next succeeding month.

Statements, Books and Records. Contractor agrees to furnish GRDA, in such form as will be reasonably satisfactory to GRDA, such detailed statements pertaining to the cost of material and labor as may be necessary for GRDA to comply with the requirements of its internal purchasing and accounting policies or any governmental regulatory authority having jurisdiction over GRDA. In determining the amount of compensation payable to Contractor, Contractor will, during the period of performance of work invoiced on a time and material basis, maintain books, records, documents, and other supporting data relating to the amounts invoiced.
