Statewide Instrument Administration. AISD shall comply with the State Board of Education rules regarding administering high school assessment instruments. AISD shall administer all statewide assessment instruments in accordance with the TEC. AISD shall notify the College’s instructors at the onset of each semester of any assessments. The College will provide the academic calendar and final exam dates for the fall, spring, and summer semesters no later than August 1st of each year for the fall, spring, and summer of that year.

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply.   • Grant Administration Grantee shall use the Grant funds only for the activities described in the approved Scope of Work. Grantee shall maintain financial records relating to the receipt and expenditure of all Grant funds in accordance with the terms set forth under this Agreement for a period of seven (7) years starting on the first day after final payment under the Agreement.
